Mission The Association for Women in Mathematics (AWM) at Arizona State University is a student-run organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in mathematics. We aim to create a welcoming environment where all students—regardless of gender identity—can thrive academically, professionally, and personally in the mathematical sciences.
Membership BenefitsMembers of AWM at ASU gain access to a supportive community of peers and mentors across all academic levels. Benefits include opportunities to attend professional development events, guest lectures, mentorship programs, networking sessions, and outreach activities. Members also develop leadership and organizational skills through active participation in club initiatives.
