The Food, Mind, & Body Club is a student-led organization dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive space for mental well-being, body positivity, and mindful nourishment. We aim to help students build healthy relationships with food and body image through open discussions, engaging workshops, and community support. Our mission is rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and a commitment to breaking down the stigma surrounding eating disorders, disordered eating, and mental health. We believe every student deserves to feel heard, valued, and empowered in their own body. Through education, connection, and advocacy, we strive to nurture a campus culture of holistic wellness and self-acceptance.
