Mission
The Film Photography Club at Arizona State University is dedicated to preserving and promoting the art of analog photography by fostering a creative, inclusive, and educational environment. Our mission is to provide students with hands-on opportunities to explore film photography, develop technical skills, and build meaningful connections through shared artistic expression. We aim to celebrate the process, history, and community behind shooting on film—one frame at a time.

What You’ll Get as a Member:
Educational Workshops
Learn the fundamentals of shooting on film, developing negatives, and scanning prints. From camera basics to advanced darkroom techniques, our hands-on workshops are designed for all experience levels.
Access to Film Cameras and Equipment
Members gain access to a lending library of film cameras and photography tools. Whether you're experimenting with 35mm, medium format, or point-and-shoots, we’ve got gear for you to try.
Photo Walks & Club Outings
Explore Tempe, Phoenix, and beyond with a community of creatives. Our regular photo walks are great for practice, inspiration, and making friends.
