Mission
The Leadership Excellence Association aims to develop the character-based management skills of future leaders by delivering enriching and diverse leadership content through engaging and interactive events. The organization is committed to fostering ethical, capable, and confident leaders who uphold professional standards and drive positive change in their communities and workplaces.

Membership Benefits
• Open Access: Membership is open to all ASU students enrolled in at least three credit hours, welcoming anyone with a desire to lead or manage in the future.
• Professional Development: Members have access to bi-weekly meetings and numerous events that develop both interpersonal and professional skills through interactive workshops, guest speakers, and leadership exercises.
• Networking Opportunities: Members connect with fellow students, faculty, and industry professionals, building a strong professional network.
• Leadership Opportunities: Active members can run for officer positions, gaining valuable organizational leadership experience.
• No Dues: Membership is free; funding for activities is secured through USG, ensuring accessibility for all students.
• Inclusive Environment: All members are welcomed and supported, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, responsibility, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
