Wishing everyone a happy November as the semester enters its final stretch! We hope to see you at the Ball as we gather to honor service, build connections, and celebrate our achievements together.
Veterans Ball RSVP

5th Annual ASU Student Veterans Ball – RSVP by Tuesday Night!

The big event is almost here! Help us make this year's Veterans Ball unforgettable by RSVPing by tomorrow night. We need a strong headcount to finalize our food order with the catering team, so please respond soon.

Everyone is welcome—invite your friends, family, veterans, ASU students, alumni, and non-ASU guests. Bring as many people as you like! If you want to sit with specific friends or a group, simply write their names in the free-form section of the RSVP page, and we’ll do our best to seat you together on the chart. Let’s pack the room with energy and camaraderie—reach out to every veteran you know and encourage them to join us for this special night of celebration and community.

Join Us for a South Mountain Hike with Our Keynote Speaker

Kick off Veterans Ball weekend by joining us for an early morning hike this Friday with our keynote speaker, who is visiting Arizona for the first time and eager to experience the desert landscape. We’ll explore the scenic trails of South Mountain and share breathtaking views of the Valley together.

This is a unique chance to meet our speaker in a relaxed, outdoor setting and hear more about her inspiring work on behalf of veterans and Gold Star families—including her leadership in building the new Global War On Terror Memorial on the National Mall in Washington, DC. All are welcome; bring a friend and make the most of this memorable morning with our community.

Volunteers Needed for Veterans Ball Setup and Breakdown

We’re seeking volunteers to help make the Veterans Ball a success! If you’re available at 12 noon on the day of the Ball, we could use your support setting up table decorations and assisting the DJ with equipment while our club speakers rehearse. You’ll have plenty of time after setup to go home and get ready before the event begins.

We’ll also need a breakdown crew at the end of the night to help return PTVC-owned items upstairs to the PTVC office. Your help makes everything run smoothly and ensures a memorable event for all.
If you’re able to lend a hand, please sign up using this form: Volunteer Sign-up
Thank you in advance for your support and service to our community.
