We hope your semester is going great! As we approach the final stretch of the fall term, SVA at ASU has some exciting events and milestones on the horizon. We are shaping up to a busy and rewarding time — from the ASU Veterans Ball, Family Weekend Tailgate, and graduation celebrations around the corner, to our final fundraising push to help send as many student veterans as possible to the SVA National Conference in Colorado Springs.  

Your participation and support make these accomplishments possible, and we’re grateful for the continued enthusiasm of our members and community partners. Check out the events below to see how you can get involved and help us finish the semester strong!

ASU Family Weekend Block Party

Join us at the ASU Family Weekend Block Party for fun games, great prizes, and all the information you need about what we are up to here at SVA. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other military-connected ASU students and their families—so bring your friends and loved ones! We can’t wait to meet you all and share in the Sun Devil spirit.

Look for our table and canopy along Cady Mall near the Memorial Union in Tempe. All the ASU clubs and orgs will be there, you can't miss it!
VFW and PTVC Fundraiser

Come Support PTVC and the VFW!

Join us on Saturday, November 1st, between 12 PM and 8 PM at
65 S MacDonald, Mesa, AZ
for a Scholarship Fundraising Event supporting veteran graduate students at ASU. Enjoy live music, delicious food trucks, vendors, raffle prizes, and a 50/50 raffle while helping raise funds for the Dode Morris VFW Post 1760 Veteran Graduate Student Scholarship. This special event honors veterans pursuing graduate studies at Arizona State University and is open to the public. Come out, support our veterans, and have a great time connecting with the community.
 
ASU Veterans Ball RSVP

5th Annual ASU Student Veterans Ball

Don’t miss our signature annual event celebrating student veterans, alumni, and their families! The 5th Annual ASU Student Veterans Ball will be held Saturday, November 8th, at the San Tan Ford Club in Mountain America Stadium, with doors opening at 5:30 PM. Join us for an inspiring night featuring special guest speaker Jennifer Ballou from the GWOT Memorial Foundation, a delicious three-course dinner, and a night of dancing. Formal attire encouraged — RSVP using the link below or by scanning the QR code.

RSVP for the 5th Annual ASU Student Veterans Ball is currently open for current ASU student veterans and SVA at ASU members.
Beginning tomorrow, ASU military-connected students, staff and faculty, ROTC students, alumni, ASU students, and dedicated supporters are invited to register as well.
Please note that RSVP closes on November 4th. Early registration is highly encouraged to ensure your attendance at this distinguished celebration of service and community.
