Mission Thunderbird Women in Business (TWB) is a student-led organization that promotes conscious leadership, fosters meaningful relationships, and cultivates philanthropic efforts across the globe. Its mission is grounded in the vision to empower and connect women in business worldwide through its three core pillars: Empower, Connect, and Serve. TWB supports United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) #5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
Membership BenefitsInclusive Community: Open to all Thunderbird students regardless of gender, with alumni, faculty, and staff also welcomed as associate members.Professional Development: Access to guest speaker events, mentorship opportunities, and workshops centered on leadership and industry engagement.Networking: Opportunities to build relationships with alumni, executive T-birds, and leaders from across ASU colleges (e.g., W.P.
