The purpose of this organization shall be to establish an inclusive and empowering environment where women can connect, collaborate, and support each other in the fields of statistics and data science. Through skill-building workshops, networking events, and other initiatives, the organization aims to share knowledge, address challenges specific to women in these fields, and foster a sense of belonging. The club seeks to build confidence in its members by encouraging the development and showcasing of their skills.
