Young Farmers and Ranchers will offer students the ability to enhance their leadership skills through experiences and opportunities within the Farm Bureau organization to become agricultural leaders. We will provide our members with a deeper perspective of agriculture through understanding, advocacy, and learning. We will cultivate a community of companionship that fosters diverse and equitable opportunities for growth, personally and professionally. In doing so, we will create a sustainable future for our chapter.

Being a member of Collegiate Young Farmers & Ranchers (YF&R) offers a host of advantages for college students passionate about agriculture, regardless of their background. It provides a robust platform for leadership development, allowing students to hone skills like public speaking and project management.
