Our Story.
Generous Devils started with a simple belief: no student should have to choose between their education and basic life necessities. Design school is demanding enough without having to decide whether to buy supplies or groceries.
What began as a few leftover materials shared on a shelf quickly turned into something bigger. Those extra supplies grew into an overflowing faculty office, and eventually into a school-wide warehouse powered by generosity, community care, and a healthy dose of sarcasm.
At its core, Generous Devils is about access. We share tools, materials, and resources so students across The Design School can focus on learning, experimenting, and creating—without unnecessary stress. Along the way, we reduce waste, extend the life of materials, and prove that doing good can look good, too.
As a club, Generous Devils is more than supplies. It’s a community of Hue-Men who believe in showing up for each other. Members help organize donations, support events, learn hands-on skills, and build leadership experience—all while helping make TDS a more generous, equitable place to design.
We’re here for the students who need a little extra support, the students who have a little extra to share, and everyone in between.
Access first. Opportunity follows. One devilishly good donation at a time.
