The mission of SAE is to maintain the standard for academic excellence through the reduction and regulation of generative AI use by students and faculty in educational environments. We believe that higher education is more than a means to an end, and strive to honor education as a way to learn. In this spirit, we seek to educate students and faculty on the negative impacts of generative AI, encourage the ethical use of AI, and advocate for limitations to be put in place to protect education standards.
