The Women in Business Association (WIBA) is a student organization dedicated to empowering students through professional development, leadership, networking, and meaningful engagement. WIBA provides members with opportunities to develop professional skills, build confidence, connect with peers and business professionals, and gain experiences that prepare them for success in their academic and professional careers. Through professional development workshops, networking opportunities, mentorship initiatives, general meetings, special events, and interactive programming, WIBA provides members with opportunities to strengthen their communication, leadership, teamwork, and career preparation skills. Members are also encouraged to become actively involved through WIBA's Executive Board and standing committees, gaining hands-on experience in event planning, professional development, marketing, and organizational leadership while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative, and empowering community.
