The Business Analytics Association at ASU empowers students to turn data into real business impact. Our mission is to bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical application by helping students build technical analytics skills and apply them to real-world business challenges.
Members of the Business Analytics Association (BAA) at ASU gain hands-on experience with industry tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and SQL, while learning how to apply data insights to real business decisions. The organization offers professional development through technical workshops, certifications, firm presentations, and guest speakers from analytics, finance, consulting, supply chain, and related fields. Members can participate in team projects, case studies, and competitions to strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills, while developing leadership and communication abilities through officer and project roles. BAA also offers a peer mentorship program that connects members with experienced peers for guidance on academics, internships, and career development.
