About Us
The Psychedelics Club at ASU seeks to foster education on the historical, religious, and cultural significance of psychedelics while promoting harm-reduction practices for responsible personal use. Additionally, the club engages with the latest scientific research to explore the evolving understanding of these substances. Our community actively explores the multifaceted world of psychedelics through in-depth discussions, presentations by guest speakers, and the sharing of reliable, impartial information. We aim to enhance understanding of the scientific aspects of psychedelics by hosting discussions led by recognized experts and researchers actively engaged in the field, providing members with insights into current developments in psychedelic science. The Psychedelics Club at ASU and all affiliates do NOT provide, condone, encourage, or suggest the use of any legal or illegal psychoactive substances. The only way to guarantee zero harm from any substance is through one method: abstinence. However, The Psychedelics Club at ASU acknowledges that abstinence from mind-altering substances from everyone is not a reasonable expectation; people will take drugs regardless of legality, safety, and the presence of a medical professional. Therefore, harm-reduction practices MUST be encouraged and educated to the general public.
